Last updated: April 15, 2026

Our Commitment

Devout Resources LLC ("Devout," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the Devout mobile application and devout.us, is committed to protecting children from all forms of abuse and exploitation. Devout maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, and any other content or conduct that sexualizes, endangers, or harms minors.

Age Restriction

Devout is strictly for adults aged 18 and older. Users must confirm their age at sign-up. We do not knowingly allow minors to create an account or use the Services. If we learn that a minor has accessed Devout, we will terminate the account and delete the associated data.

Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on Devout: • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form, including real, digitally generated, cartoon, or AI-generated imagery depicting minors. • Any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors. • Grooming, solicitation, or luring of minors for sexual purposes. • Sextortion, non-consensual intimate imagery, or trafficking involving minors. • Attempts to facilitate offline contact with minors for unlawful purposes. • Links, handles, or references directing users to CSAE content on other platforms.

Prevention and Detection

Devout prevents and detects CSAE through: • Age-gating at account creation and verification through partner churches. • Review of reported content and accounts by the Devout Trust & Safety team. • Account tooling to block, mute, and report other users and content. • Logging and retention of abuse reports to support investigation and enforcement.

How to Report CSAE

If you encounter content or behavior on Devout that you believe involves CSAE, please report it immediately. You can: • Use the in-app "Report" option on a profile, message, or piece of content. • Email the Devout Trust & Safety team at [email protected]. Reports are reviewed promptly. We will take action, including removing content, banning accounts, and reporting to authorities as appropriate.

Response and Enforcement

When Devout becomes aware of CSAE on the Services, we will: • Remove the offending content as quickly as possible. • Permanently ban the accounts involved and take reasonable steps to prevent the offender from returning. • Preserve relevant evidence consistent with applicable law. • Report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline, and cooperate with law enforcement as required by law.

External Resources

If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. You can also report CSAE directly to: • NCMEC CyberTipline: report.cybertip.org • INHOPE (international hotlines): www.inhope.org
